Career

Burton is working to transition into a career in storyboarding for animation after working as a motion graphics artist since 2012. Some of her favorite roles in the past have included making simple 2D digital character animations and motion graphics for Brave New Films, Rooted in Rights, Scare LA, and Ellen Digital (the digital arm of The Ellen Show.)

To create these motion graphics, Burton boarded and designed the look of the piece by hand, then build assets in either Adobe illustrator or After Effects, and animated in After Effects. See the work in action on the reels page!
